At FNS, your child’s comfort comes first

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear (panties, briefs, camisoles) is non-returnable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged/Defective Products - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear images within 24 hours of delivery on our WhatsApp number, 8511110855, or email us at thefnsstore@gmail.com for a quick resolution.

Quality Issues - Please describe the issue in detail while reaching out to us. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will offer an exchange or a refund in the form of store credit.

Once the return is approved and passes quality checks, the applicable refund or store credit will be processed accordingly

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange Rules:

  1. You can exchange any order, but the new product must be of equal or higher value than the original product.
  2. Exchange charges will be added to the total amount if applicable.
  3. Please note that products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
