At FNS, your child’s comfort comes first
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear (panties, briefs, camisoles) is non-returnable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged/Defective Products - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear images within 24 hours of delivery on our WhatsApp number, 8511110855, or email us at thefnsstore@gmail.com for a quick resolution.
Quality Issues - Please describe the issue in detail while reaching out to us. Once the issue is verified by our team, we will offer an exchange or a refund in the form of store credit.
Once the return is approved and passes quality checks, the applicable refund or store credit will be processed accordingly

• Exchange Rules:
- You can exchange any order, but the new product must be of equal or higher value than the original product.
- Exchange charges will be added to the total amount if applicable.
- Please note that products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
